At the end of pregnancy, the nourishing task of the belly comes to an end. The baby can now leave the cosy nest. The contractions become more intense. The increasing and extraordinary power of the body helps mother and child with the birth and to open the uterus. If we realize that the labor and contractions pave the way to Life, then they become an intimate, sacred and divine friend. A specific preparation by means of sound and vibration, helps to alleviate the pain during the birth process.
